"Ask Christina!" is for questions regarding your Stand Out Online Membership. Questions should be relating to how to improve your membership experience, questions on your current posting strategy, Facebook Live strategy, etc. This is not for private membership questions such as payment, billing, personal situations, etc.
Private, general FAQ or off-topic questions will not be answered. Questions must be submitted via the form by Thursdays at 5:00 PM EST. Submitted questions will be answered every Friday in our private Facebook group.

Promotional Post Approval form MUST be filled out before promotional posting or Facebook Lives. Please allow a few hours for pre-approval to be granted before posting.
You can post ONE PROMOTIONAL post every 7 days!Think of promotional posts as anything a normal WHWE member would not be able to post. Rules for promotional posts: You CAN post links, videos, special offers, freebies, events, giveaways, challenges, etc. "Follow for follow" threads are NOT allowed as promotional posts due to clogging of the group feed. These would be recognized by "promote yourself", "follow for follow", I follow back, follow each other, follow train", "let's connect", "drop your handles", etc. Please ensure you are utilizing your weekly promotional posts to really stand out and showcase yourself and your business!
NO politics/government posts, political figures or polarizing/derogatory posts. This group is meant to share, inspire, uplift and help others. Negative and divisive posts that do not follow our group values are not allowed and will be removed. NO Bitcoin, make money quick schemes or any misleading or other type of content that goes against Facebook's terms and services (this includes products for COVID-19, health claims, etc. If you are unsure, please refer to Facebook's Community Standards guidelines)
You MUST add "I am a Stand Out Online Member and this post has been approved by admins" to your FB Lives, promotional posts and posts promoting your FB Lives. If this is not added, you understand your posts may be reported and deleted.
You can refresh upon our normal main group rules HERE for any posting outside of your FB Live and promotional post instances.
Be sure to use attention-grabbing titles and descriptions. Use bold text and emojis to really draw members into your post. Posts that ask questions and create conversation develop high engagement and do very well within the group.
Please note: ANY posts (promotional/non-promotional) with multiple reported comments of hate speech, bullying, inappropriate content, etc. will have comments turned off and/or the post removed while we remove any offending members and comments from group. After a cooling off period, we will considering reinstating comments. If we allow a post back up and it continues to generate reported comments, the post will be removed permanently. This is done to protect your Facebook account from being restricted or shut down. This rule is also in place to protect our group from violations that can put our group in jeopardy according to Facebook’s Community Standards.

WHEN WILL MY DIRECTORY, BLOG, PODCAST, ETC. BE UPLOADED?
We try to get all content uploaded as soon as possible! Please allow up to a week or so for your content to uploaded and promoted to their respective platforms. Monthly Business Spotlights are uploaded within the month depending on our scheduled posts.

HOW DO I BECOME AN AFFILIATE?
Become an Affiliate HERE!
If you refer someone to join the Stand Out Online Membership program, you will earn $30 each month they are signed up! You can create an account/log-in at: https://standoutonlinesystem.firstpromoter.com/
All sales MUST come from your own affiliate link. We cannot process affiliate commissions if a customer did not use your unique affiliate link. There are no exceptions.
Sending your affiliate link via Facebook Messenger or any other messenger service runs the risk of your link getting cut off. We urge you to create a .bitly link instead to prevent this from happening.
Only active Stand Out Online Members can be affiliates and promote their link. If you cancel your membership, your link becomes inactive and you lose your future commissions.

HOW DO I GO LIVE IN THE WHWE GROUP?
You will schedule your live through the button above!
Once scheduled, we will give you pre-approval to go LIVE. You will then go directly into the main WHWE group (600,000+) on your scheduled date and time and go to where you will normally post. You will press "Live Video" and instantly be able to go live! Your live should be 25 minutes of content in your expertise with an allowed 5 minutes of selling at the end.Feel free to include your links and info about you and your business in your live description! Facebook Lives can be done ONCE a week. We classify a week as Monday-Sunday.
You can schedule ONE Facebook Live in our main WHWE group to go live ONCE a WEEK.
Facebook Lives MUST be scheduled prior through our calendar system.
You are allowed to include your website link, service/offer, group, any links, etc. in your Facebook Live description! If viewers ask for your links, you can provide them in the comments as well. Keep in mind, these lives should be informative of you sharing your expertise and knowledge before being all about selling. 25 minutes of content and 5 minutes of selling towards the end.
You are allowed to promote your FB Live! You can do so by a normal post, image, event, etc. Please ensure these posts clearly state your WHWE FB Live topic with the date/time, where it is (in the WHWE group) and you do not include any links, self-promotion aside from your FB Live, etc. You MUST add "I am a Stand Out Online Member and this post has been approved by admins." This does NOT count as your one promotional post of the week.
You are allowed to promote your FB Live replay link! You can do so by a normal post. Please ensure these posts clearly state your WHWE FB Live replay topic and you do not include any links, self-promotion aside from your FB Live Replay link, etc. You MUST add "I am a Stand Out Online Member and this post has been approved by admins." This does NOT count as your one promotional post of the week.
You can stream your Facebook Live through Zoom, BlueJeans, BeLive, etc. Please ensure you are streaming into the main WHWE group and not our private Stand Out Online Membership group.
FB Lives are only 30 minutes in length. Please ensure you are following the time limit as your live will interfere with and interrupt another members live.
Due to our pre-approval settings through Facebook, you cannot stream a live from another Facebook account, business page, etc. Your Facebook Live will be done in our WHWE for our members only.
